How do I get a sample?
Getting a sample is easy — and we highly recommend it before ordering your full floor.
Every product in our range has a sample available for just $5.00, delivered straight to your door anywhere in Australia. Each sample is 20cm x 20cm, which is large enough to see the true colour, texture and quality of the floor in your own home, under your own lighting.
To order a sample, simply find the product you're interested in and click "Add Sample — $5.00" on the product page. You can order multiple samples at once so you can compare them side by side before you commit.
Once you're happy with your choice, your $5.00 sample cost is deducted from your full order — so it costs you nothing in the end.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
