Vinyl Planks are a cost effective, artificial composite, multi layered flooring solution generally available in a plank format in multiple sizes with varying overall gauges and wear layers.

Vinyl planks are often manufactured with a timber visual, but are also available in a variety of other visuals including Stone, Slate and Concrete.

Vinyl planks themselves are waterproof, durable and hard wearing, provide underfoot comfort, low maintenance and are backed by manufacturer’s warranties for up to 25 years.

Many ranges also meet the slip resistant ratings recommended for commercial buildings, thus providing additional support for all residents and visitors.

Hybrid planks are a cost effective, multi layered flooring solution, which includes either a Stone Polymer core (SPC) or alternatively a recycled wood and PVC core (WPC). The top of the plank offers a high performance embossed PVC wear layer with protective Polyurethane (to assist with providing easy maintenance), a Print Layer to provide realistic Timber images , then the core, a balancing layer and finally a high density Acoustic backing.

With a completely waterproof surface, Hybrid planks provide a durable, hard wearing flooring, with underfoot comfort, low maintenance and backed by manufacturer’s warranties of up to 25 years.

Hybrid Floors are manufactured with a Timber visual, available in many colour/design options and multiple plank sizes (varying widths and lengths), and generally with an overall gauge of from 5mm-6.5mm. Heavier gauge options are available eg. 9mm

Many Hybrid ranges are available with matching accessories, such as End Trims, Scotias and Stairnosings.

Carpet tiles12 are sections of carpet that can be installed and combined in a number of creative ways. Also known as “modular carpets” and carpet squares”, carpet tiles are often square and are available in a variety of sizes including 500mm x 500mm, 600mm x 600mm and 1metre x 1 metre. They are also available and popular in rectangular shapes. For example, 250mm x 1000mm.

Carpet Tiles and Carpet Planks, commonly manufactured from Solution Dyed Nylon yarn are extremely durable, hard wearing and easy to maintain. With the added benefits of no additional Underlay being required and often a reduction in the amount of waste material as well, Carpet Tiles and Planks present a considerable cost saving over using residential Carpet. Carpet Tiles are available with a PVC Backing, and also with a soft cushion backing for additional comfort underfoot. For heavy residential and commercial applications, there are a variety of heavy quality products available.
